Ghassan F. Issa is a Professor of Computer Science. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, Virginia, in 1987 and 1992 respectively.  He was a faculty member and Department Chair of Computer Science at Pennsylvania College of Technology (Penn State), USA from 1992 – 1995.  He also served as the Dean of Computer Science at the Applied Science University (Amman, Jordan) from 2003-2005, and the Dean of Information Technology at the University of Petra (Amman, Jordan) from 2008-2018.  Currently he is a Professor and the Dean of the School of Information Technology at Skyline University (Sharjah, UAE). Professor Issa’s research interest include e-Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning Fine Tuning, Case-Based and Analogical learning, and Associative Classification.
